The 8th Harbert Avenue Porch show was held on 9/22/2017 - exactly 5 years from our 1st show. Jess Perkins from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada opened with an acoustic set and was followed by a killer set by the- Alijca Trout guitar, Terrence Bishop base, John Bonds drums. Eat at Eric's Grill and Catering Food Truck served great sandwiches and other fare. Memphis Made Brewing brought a keg and cans of beer. Mike Mccarthy came to personally sell the event tshirt that he designed. John Lowe from Xanadu Music and Books provided emergency PA and and the sound was outstanding. The show was sponsored by the Memphis Sports Academy, Dennis Black, Utopia Animal Hospital and Goner Records.
Jess Perkins opened the show around 6 PM.
The 1st half of the RIVER CITY TANLINES was live-streamed on Facebook until the IPhone charge went dead.
